Mt Cuthbert Resources
is an Australian company and operates the Mt Cuthbert Copper Mine located near Mt Isa, Queensland, Australia and encompasses 1531 Km2 of tenements (Leichhardt Copper Project). The company also holds over 1,000 square kilometres of Exploration Leases in South Australia. The Mt Cuthbert Resources head office is based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Our People
Mt Cuthbert Resources, which has grown rapidly, has near 100 people working on the Leichhardt Copper Project and we are looking to expand our team. As the exploration of the Mt Isa Inlier continues to open up possibilities for the business, it also opens up possibilities for our people.

Stewart Robinson
Stewart has been involved in the mining industry for the past 12 years and has undertaken several senior management positions with copper mines previously and was responsible for the development of several open pits and the building and commissioning of a floatation sulphide plant and heap leach SW plant. Stewart joined Malaco in October 2013 and is focused on growing the business to a 12 year mine life. Stewart is MBA qualified and has the operational and corporate skills to take us forward.
Sarah Barter
Sarah has worked in Corporate Services, Human Resources and Recruitment for over 15 years including senior positions within national Labour Hire businesses, With a background in Account Management and Sarah holds tertiary qualifications in Arts & Management and has managed workforces in excess of 500 people.
Bruce Godsmark
Bruce is a geologist with 20 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has worked for multinational mining houses, junior explorers and private companies in both a technical and managerial capacity. His mining and resource experience spans both open pit and underground mining and covers a wide variety of commodities. Bruce’s exploration experience spans every state of Australia and also includes India, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.
